Order was suppose to ship same day, but I was informed two days later after initially receiving an email stating the item was on back order that it shipped that day. After constant battles via telephone to return the item, including being hung up on twice and rude supervisors, I was forced to ship the item back at my own expense ($30+) without reimbursement.
Do not use this vendor if it can be avoided.

First, I’m reviewing the package, not the keyboard. The keyboard stand came in abysmal condition — obviously a return, shoddily repackaged (a box torn open in the center and back together with packing tape) and without instructions or all parts (and the whole thing looked cheap and had a strong burnt-plastic odor). The headphones may also ahve been a return. There was no cushioning of the separate items in the main box at all. This is the second “mid priced” item I’ve bought from Amazon this Fall/Winter which they couldn’t bother to package — maybe they’re making so much on Kindles that they don’t care anymore. In any event, this might be one item you want to shop the brick stores first before buying online.

this is a fabulous piano it has a great list of songs its perfect for beginners and the stand is not the best but it works but the headphones i found them online for $3 i thew them away and kept the adapter witch cost like $3
i would recommend this to every1

This piano is worth the money. It’s a perfect starter piano and the ear-phones and stand are also a good extra.It could be plugged in or just put batteries.I recommend this to any beginner or anyone who wants a keyboard piano that’s inexpensive.

What an awesome keyboard! I bought this for my son just to get him started with piano. He loves the lights on the keys. He watches it as it plays a song and then he follows it. The adults love it too. The demo is great to use when you just want to hear a couple of background music – so relaxing!
