this keyboard is exceptional, I have one just like it. I love to play and know half the songs already. It is a great learning tool for beginners and experts alike. If you are looking to take up the keyboard, this is the best one around. It also makes a great teaching tool, or a great christmas gift for those who like to play music, or even just listen.

My 10 year-old son wanted a keyboard for Christmas, there are about a billion choices out there. Since I have had Casio G-shock watches for many years, I thought what the HECK! Go with Casio. My son loves the board, the batteries last FOREVER…good thing since it doesn’t come with an AC adapter. Recommended.

I purchased my Casio lk 45 two weeks ago at Target mainly for my children to take up an instrument. It did come with a microphone, stand, and adapter. I purchased the Yamaha bench from Amazon to go with it. I understand it is not a full size keyboard, however, it sounds great and was a great value. Maybe we will upgrade after a we have mastered this one. I would suggest going to the store to buy a keyboard because you can make sure there is an adapter, stand and maybe some extras to go with it.

The electronic keyboard is never suppose to be a replacement for a piano – whoever it did become a piano one day for my parterner who is a musician. The casio keyboard produces good quality sound, that everyone can hear! I am not a piano player so the lighted keys have helped me learn the piano, all the other features on this keyboard make it an excellent bargain!

I bought this keyboard for my 5 year old son who began taking keyboard lessons. It is affordable, well made, and doesn’t take up a lot of space.
For under $150.00 it is a great investment, and luckily he loves to play. The bells and whistles are easy enough for him to figure out and use. We will eventually upgrade to a more expensive full size keyboard, but I know this keyboard will last a few more years.
