So if you want to get this for anyone as a starter keyboard player this is the one to get for them. Great gift idea......... With regards to the person's post claiming it is a fire hazard that was true but the recalled keyboards were made between May 06 - Feb 07 so if you purchase it after that you are fine. The problem was fixed (I spoke with Casio's Customer Service) and I have never had a problem with mine. The sound quality is exceptional. Their is a huge amount of preprogrammed songs that are great. I would highly recommend this keyboard. My 6 year old daughter is taking piano lessons and just loves this keyboard.
